Ramsay Fretz and his talented team are experts in the buying, selling and leasing of real estate. He lives on Beacon Hill and works in and throughout Greater Boston. With a degree and background in commercial real estate, Ramsay brings an analytical and data driven approach to what is ultimately a very emotional process for his clients. He is equally comfortable talking about CAP rates as he is debating the nuances of marble vs quartz countertops. He believes every transaction and relationship with his clients defines his reputation in the industry, and he holds himself to the highest standards.
When not working, you will find him playing squash at the University Club, fussing in his Fenway Victory Garden, lobstering in the harbor or taking a walk in Boston’s neighborhoods with his wife Elisabeth.
Natasha has been a resident of Somerville/Cambridge for the past 17 years and cannot imagine living anywhere else. After first moving to Somerville and obtaining a degree in the Biomedical sciences at Tufts, she realized that interacting and socializing with people on a more personal level is what drives her and makes her truly happy! Having gained firsthand insight into the ins and outs of property management through her family Natasha decided to pursue a career in real estate.
Moving from India at a young age and relocating to a new country she understands the struggles that arise in the adjustment process and the importance of being part of a community. In her youth she was a competitive Tennis player, and is where she learned her never give up attitude and discipline that has helped her in her real estate career. She strives to make the home buying and selling process as easy and less stressful for her clients as possible.
Natasha is a self proclaimed food connoisseur and in her free time enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures and food. Over the summer, you will also find her playing tennis on any open court she can find in Cambridge and often enjoying some light Muay Thai sparring and kickboxing.
