Ramsay Fretz and his talented team are experts in the buying, selling and leasing of real estate. He lives on Beacon Hill and works in and throughout Greater Boston. From luxury penthouses to pied à terres, condo conversions to multi-families, he brings strong market knowledge, refined negotiation skills and a dedication to fulfilling his clients' needs in every deal.
With a degree and background in commercial real estate, Ramsay brings an analytical and data driven approach to what is ultimately a very emotional process for his clients. He is equally comfortable talking about CAP rates as he is debating the nuances of marble vs quartz countertops. He believes every transaction and relationship with his clients defines his reputation in the industry, and he holds himself to the highest standards.
When not working, you will find him playing squash at the University Club, fussing in his Fenway Victory Garden, sailing out of Fan Pier or taking a walk in Boston’s neighborhoods with his wife Elisabeth.
Brianna has been surrounded by the real estate industry most of her life, with her mom being an agent in the Boston suburbs while she was growing up. She started off working our office’s front desk over ten years ago and now gets to build relationships with clients of her own. Being able to connect with others is what brought Brianna to the real estate industry, knowing that listening to others is the best way to serve them and, of course, find them somewhere they can call “Home.” She works to ensure her clients know have a warm and knowledgeable agent working in their best interest, keeping their individual needs top of mind.
Brianna went to Boston University, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Mass Communications, so she knows the importance of clear communication in both her professional and personal life. She also knows that everyone has their own style and preferences when it comes to communication, and acknowledging this is the best way to build successful relationships.
Brianna grew up in Melrose, rented in the Fenway area during college, and currently lives in Southie, so you can say she knows Boston (and its suburbs) inside and out. She also knows the low down on the best places to get active in and around the city, Boston’s most dog friendly neighborhoods, and which beaches should be at the top of your bucket list. Fitness and healthy eating are other passions of Brianna’s, which grew from her experience as a competitive swimmer and her own food allergies – so she can tell you where to go for a good workout or gluten free meal!

Abbie is Ramsay&Co's Director of Operations and is here to help our clients to have a memorable and enjoyable buying and selling experience. She is honored to be a part of helping clients find their dream home where they are able to create cherished memories.
Abbie has worked for several years in the hospitality industry improving client experiences for Disney, Sheraton, and Marriott. Her professional and educational backgrounds are both focused on customer service, hospitality, and event management. Through her previous experiences, she has gained strong organizational skills and extensive knowledge of the art of customer relations. She will use these skills to streamline the transaction while providing white-glove service for our clients.
Outside of work, Abbie loves spending her time staying active outdoors, cooking new recipes, and exploring new restaurants in the Boston area. She is happiest in the summer near the ocean or enjoying an espresso in the North End.
